Purpose of change
Checking something else and there were no problems with it, but I found a different problem--at some point, MoM's zombie scientists lost their implicit looks_like (so they were just a white Z), and the PHAVIAN office skyscraper's break area was overpopulated with zombies.

Add an explicit looks_like and slightly reduce the chance of monsters spawning in the break area.
